American super group Velvet Revolver was made up of members from Guns N' Roses, (Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum), Stone Temple Pilots,(Scott Weiland) and Wasted Youth (Dave Kushner). The band achieved success with their debut album "Contraband" in 2004 and their single "Slither" won a Grammy for best hard rock performance in 2005.
